Landbridge Hotel may collect your name, email, home or business address, phone number, date of birth, details of your business and other interests, your experience and qualifications.

How we collect personal information

We collect personal information from you in your direct dealings with us including when you call, email or otherwise communicate with us in person at our presentations, offices or sites or communicate with us via online platforms, including our website.

In some circumstances we may collect personal information about you from third parties which may include your employer, your authorized representative or other parties that you have authorized to share your personal information with us, such as government agencies including the Northern Territory Department of Trade, Business and Innovation.

Why we collect your personal information

We use personal information collected from you for conducting our business, helping us to design and construct the Hotel and determine relevant suppliers and contractors to contract with, to consider and review employment opportunities, to manage and administer a contract with you, and to report to the Northern Territory of Australia who may review or assess matters relevant to our activities from time to time.  We may use your information to keep in contact with you about the development of the Hotel or to respond to enquiries or concerns you have raised with us or asked us to respond to.

If we do not receive your personal information we may not be able to conduct business with you, keep you updated or respond to your enquiry or concern.


We may also use the personal information collected from you to promote and market the Darwin Luxury Hotel to you including via direct marketing.  We will only do so where you have provided your consent to us doing so or it was reasonably expected at the time the information was collected that it would be used for this purpose and we have not received a request from you not to receive such promotional or marketing information.
